Mod Cabs is a division of Distinct Kitchen & Bath LLC, a South Florida design-build company headquartered in Lauderhill. After a decade of renovating kitchens and baths for homeowners, condo boards, and multifamily developers, we launched Mod Cabs to solve a specific problem: every RTA catalog on the market was full of farmhouse doors, raised panels, and finishes that felt ten years old. Our clients kept asking for slim shaker, slab, and reeded doors in real modern colors — so we built the line ourselves.

Distinct Kitchen & Bath LLC has been designing, supplying, and installing kitchens across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties since we opened our Lauderhill showroom. We work on everything from single-family remodels to 200-unit multifamily buildouts, and every Mod Cabs order is fulfilled from the same warehouse, quality-checked by the same team, and delivered on the same trucks.
What Mod Cabs adds to that operation is a focused South Florida storefront: a modern-only catalog with transparent pricing, sample doors available inside every collection, and cabinets homeowners, designers, and contractors can order online — with the option of white-glove install across South Florida.

A cabinet order is not a t-shirt order — a wrong SKU costs real money. Our $49 Design Help service pairs you with a kitchen designer who reviews your floor plan, lays out the cabinets, and gives you a complete shopping list before you place the order. If you buy from us, the $49 is credited back.
