1. Information you provide to us

• Account & order information: name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, and payment details (payment details are processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers).
• Form submissions: content you submit through our design-help, sample, quote, trade-program, discount-verification, and contact forms.
• Correspondence: emails, text messages, phone-call notes, and chat transcripts.

2. Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed on our site, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies: we use first-party cookies for cart persistence and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (cart, checkout) will stop working.

3. How we use your information

• To process, ship, and support your orders.
• To respond to your inquiries and forms.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery scheduling).
• To send marketing emails only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
• To verify eligibility for trade, military, teacher, and first-responder discount programs.

• Shopify — our ecommerce and checkout platform.
• Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Shop Pay, to process transactions.
• Shipping and freight carriers — to deliver your order and provide tracking updates.
• Email service providers — to send transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails.
• Analytics providers — Google Analytics and Shopify analytics, in aggregate/pseudonymized form.
• Professional advisors and government authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep order records and related communications for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• For California residents: the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.

7. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls internally. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
